Lost in Shipping

Any orders lost during shipping will not be the responsibility of Happy Hair Supply.


Shipping Responsibility on Returns

The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.


Other Policies:

The majority of orders are shipped from Timmins, Ontario, when stock is out in Timmins some options are available in their American warehouse, longer shipping times will apply to those items. 

Shipping is provided worldwide, local same day delivery available within 20 km(on orders before noon), curb-side pickup is available by arrangement. 

Happy Hair Supply does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Happy Hair Supply ships most orders within 4 business days of confirmation of order, special order items can take up to 4 weeks. Customers will be contacted by the shipping company in the case of delayed shipping of their order.

The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
